Professor Shiguang Liao is the Deputy Director of the Capital Market Institute of Shanghai Stock Exchange. He had served as the full-time member of the 17th Issuance Review Committee of CSRC. His research has been published in academic journals including Economic Research, Management World, Finance Research, etc. He also published the books such as Investor Behavior and Market Volatility and the Basic Logic and Path of Chinese Capital Market Evolution.
