Vanya Stefanova Petrova is a Post-Doctor of Fanhai International School of Finance, Fudan University. She was graduated and earned her Ph.D in Economics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. She has published a paper named To Switch or Not to Switch: Evidence from Multiple U.S. Acquirers on International Journal of Finance and Banking Research. Besides, she also published several articles on some newspapers. Her research interests include Corporate finance, M&A, risk management, corporate governance, emerging market multinationals, CSR, development economics, public policy, etc. She once received the Research Grant from the European Association of Development Research and Training Institutes /EADI/ in Germany, Research Grant from the Pforzheim University of Applied Sciences and an outstanding young scholar grant for participation at the annual EADI conference in Switzerland, etc.
