Dr.Liwen Zhang is the associate professor and Ph.D. supervisor at School of Statistics and Management, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He is also a guest research fellow at Green Finance Research Center, Fudan University.

From 2014 to 2015, he was engaged in postdoctoral research in the Department of Statistics, the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He mainly engaged in quantile regression, change point problems, massive data analysis, artificial intelligence analysis and financial measurement, etc.From March in 2012 to May in 2013, Dr. Zhang visited North Carolina State University and MD Anderson Cancer Center of Texas University as a research fellow.From July to August in 2016 and 2017, he went to the Department of Statistics and Actuarial Science, University of Hong Kong as a senior visiting scholar.

To be mentioned, he has published various papers in authoritative SCI/SSCI journals, such as Satistica Sinica, Biometrics and Economic Modelling, etc. He now works as an anonymous reviewer for many well-known journals, such as Biometrics, Emerging Markets Fianance and Trade, Annals of the Institute of Statistical Mathematics and Systematic Engineering and Mathematics, etc. At present, he presides over a number of projects such as the project from National Natural Foundation of China. In addition, he is commissioned by several enterprises such as Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation, Shanghai High-tech Company and Jiangsu Zhitu Education Technology Co., Ltd, etc. to carry out horizontal project cooperation in the field of big data and artificial intelligence.
