Mr. Khan is the CEO and Managing Partner of Singapore-based Infra-Tech Capital, an investment firm focused on companies utilizing technology to provide improved infrastructure services and generate higher returns. Mr. Khan brings over 25 years of project finance, project development and investment banking expertise with firms including J.P. Morgan, LEK Consulting, Goldman Sachs, as well as the US Agency for International Development (USAID), the World Bank (WB) and the US Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC).

Mr. Khan has led over $12 billion of infrastructure investments in emerging markets. He was appointed by President Obama to serve as Vice President at MCC (rank of Assistant Secretary in the US Government) where he led a $1.5 billion/year investment program and managed a $10 billion portfolio. Before joining the Obama Administration, Mr. Khan held senior positions at the WB. He led WB’s Infrastructure Finance Practice in East Asia and established the WB Group office in Singapore, expanding the office from inception to a multi-agency, multi-sector operation including the WB, International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Multilateral Insurance & Guarantee Agency (MIGA). Mr. Khan’s financial advisory experience includes participation in closing M&A transactions totaling approximately $10 billion.

Mr. Khan is a recognized global expert in infrastructure finance and Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs). He is a member of the Global Board of International Project Finance Association (IPFA) and has served as Technical Advisor on Infrastructure Finance to Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and Group of Twenty (G20). Mr. Khan serves on the Boards of several technology startups and blockchain-based companies.
