Mr. Massimiliano Caruso is a legal consultant in New York and a lawyer admitted to the practice of law in Italy. He leads both the International Business and Corporate Law Department and the AI, Technology and Disruptive Innovation Law Center of SINGULANCE, an award-winning international law firm based in New York, with deep expertise on cross-borders complex, high-stakes business and corporate matters characterized by inconsistent and often vague legacy regulations that vary across multiple jurisdictions. 

Massimiliano is a widely acclaimed expert in complex law-sensitive multi-jurisdictional aspects of business, finance, corporate and securities. He is the author of five books on those matters and he has repeatedly contributed to major evolutions in business and corporate law. Massimiliano’s researches mainly focus on multi-jurisdictional comparative analyses of business, corporate and securities laws, involving primarily major common law systems (US, UK), major European continental civil law systems (France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands) and European Union law, with references to other jurisdictions such as China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan. 

Recently he wrote Crypto-assets global corporate finance transactions: a comparative and functional analysis of crypto offerings and securities laws, an attempt to address a comparative and functional multi-jurisdictional analysis of crypto-assets corporate finance transactions.
