Xiaobin Jin, Professor of Finance（Practice-Track）at the International School of Finance, Fudan University.

Dr. Jin graduated from Fudan University with a master's degree in economics, a doctorate degree in economics, a postdoctoral degree in finance. An expert enjoying the State Council's Special Subsidy for Outstanding Contributions, a visiting scholar at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and the Australian Securities Institute.

Dr. Jin has served as the Principal of Shanghai Economics Development Research Institute, the Chairman of Haitong New Energy Private Equity Management Co. Ltd, a private equity investment subsidiary of Haitong Securities which is one of Mainland China's largest brokerage and financial service firms. He was also Vice President of Haitong Security, Vice Chairman of the Investment Banking Committee and Secretary of the Board. He worked on the company's domestic and international equity financing, RMB and USD bond financing, and a series of domestic and international mergers and acquisitions. He has served as a director in other financial institutions such as AIJIAN International Asset Management Company, AIJIAN Group, and Huarui Bank. He was a member of the Information Disclosure Advisory Committee of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, a professional evaluation expert of the business of securities companies and a deputy director of the Securities Analysts Professional Committee of China Securities Association.

Dr. Jin is one of China's leading experts in the financial services industry encompassing capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and the investment and management of traditional and alternative asset classes. He has published and participated in the translations of many monographs, and has also published more than 100 papers in journals such as China Social Science, Economic Research, China Finance, and China Securities.

Dr. Jin won the honor of China's outstanding postdoctoral and Shanghai's outstanding postdoctoral honors, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences "Jiang Yiwei enterprise reform and development" excellent academic work first prize, the first prize of the Shanghai Philosophy and Social Science Outstanding Achievements. When Dr. Jin was the director, Haitong Securities Research Institute was awarded the first prize for excellent results in securities research by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for eight consecutive years, and was named the most competitive and excellent research team in China's securities industry. Dr. Jin was named China's most influential securities analyst by the U.S.-based World Finance Lab, and a Gold Medal Securities Analyst by New Fortune. He was also honored as Outstanding Board Secretary of a Listed Company in China, Most Innovative Board Secretary, Most Popular Board Secretary among Investors, Gold Medal Board Secretary, Outstanding Contribution Award for Board Secretaries of Listed Companies in China, Best Board Secretary of a Listed Company in Hong Kong, and New Fortune Hall of Fame. He is also a part-time professor and postgraduate tutor at Tongji University, Peking University, Institute of Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and etc.
