Fanhai International School of Finance, Fudan University (FISF) and the University of Wisconsin launched the comprehensive international cooperation. Recently, the EMF Project and the FMBA Project of the FISF have successively launched the International Dual Degree Program: the Wisconsin Global Real Estate Program for master degree.


The University of Wisconsin was founded in 1848 and is one of the most famous public universities in the United States. It enjoys a high reputation in various disciplines and branches, resulting in 21 Nobel Laureates, 38 Pulitzer Prize winners, and 12 winners of the US National Medal of Science.


The Wisconsin Global Real Estate Program for master degree takes full advantage of the world-leading researches and teaching resources related to real estate and finance, which is supported by the FISF and the University of Wisconsin. The program provides an advanced, international interdisciplinary education for every participant and aims to cultivate talents in real estate finance with international perspective and professional excellence.
