Recently, Fudan International School of Finance and Chaowei Group have reached a cooperation agreement upon the construction of a teaching practice base, and solemnly held a signing ceremony. Based on previous cooperation, a team of four members from FISF PDC went to Hangzhou, where Teacher Ying Fan in representation of PDC signed the cooperation agreement with the person in charge and the representatives of Chaowei Group, and granted the enterprise the title of “extraordinary teaching practice partner”, which marked a key step of the school in deepening industry-education integration and innovating talent cultivation modes.

As an essential measure taken by FISF for the sake of expanding the practice-teaching integration, this cooperation will give full play to the academic advantages of FISF and the industrial depth and abundant experience of Chaowei Power Group, enabling the two to make joint efforts to construct the talent cultivation mechanism of “teaching-internship-research-practice” integration, and to explore new paradigms of university-enterprise cooperation. The cooperation covers: empowering the growth of FISF students by creating an immersive practical teaching environment, fully demonstrating the high-performing and action-oriented enterprise atmosphere to utilize Chaowei Group’s corporate advantages in industry-education integration and practical empowerment, and helping students to address their shortcomings in internship and practice, while on the other hand bringing more vitality and motivation to the enterprise through FISF students’ excellent professionalism and competence; promoting school-enterprise win-win cooperation by combining cutting-edge academic theories with profound enterprise foundations to explore a wider range of development paths; and serving social demands by feeding back to enterprise development and inject kinetic energy to enterprise profits. 

By introducing high-quality resources in the industry, FISF will further improve the full-chain cultivation mode of “classroom learning plus practical training plus career development” to help students consolidate their professional foundation, improve their practical capability and broaden their industrial visions. In the future, the school will carry on exploration in the industry-university-research mechanism together with enterprises, and make constant innovations in its teaching contents and methods.
