Release time:2026-08-03

From January 31st to February 1st, 2026, FISF organized another valuation modeling training session, following the autumn training held in November 2025, to help more students complete their final skill-building sprint before the winter break.

Over the years, FISF has been sticking to a forward-looking educational model and market awareness, continuously exploring and deepening its efforts in financial talent cultivation. Since moving to the new campus, FISF students have gained access to a broader platform for growth and more abundant development resources. Not only can they enrich their knowledge across interdisciplinary fields, broadening their academic horizons, but they can also engage with faculty and peers from various disciplines, drawing inspiration and exchanging insights through intellectual dialogue. Moreover, the school offers a diverse array of wellthemed academic lectures and industry sharing sessions to build bridges connecting the classroom to the industry, and theory to practice—helping students continuously expand their knowledge base and stay current with industry developments. There are also a wide range of student clubs where students can interact and collaborate with peers from different majors and grade levels, enhancing their overall capabilities in a dynamic, multidimensional environment.

The two autumn training sessions witnessed the participation of nearly one hundred FISF students, drawing an overwhelmingly positive response. This fully reflects the school’s long-standing mission and commitment to “shaping top-tier financial talents”. In turn, the school was greatly encouraged by the active engagement of the students in the training. Through a targeted layout grounded in the talent cultivation needs of the capital market and aligned with core industry standards, FISF aims to deepen its cultivation of financial talents and help more FISF students integrate theory with practice. The training applies the practical standards of leading financial institutions such as top-tier securities firms, enabling students to master valuation modeling skills that are fully in sync with cutting-edge industry practices—well before they enter the workforce. From model construction and data processing to simulation applications, each component is systematically deconstructed and refined, ensuring that the students’ professional competencies meet industry demands and classroom learning connects directly with market practice. These efforts not only prepared students for their winter studies but also build a solid foundation for their future career development—equipping them with strong practical skills and core professional expertise before they even step into the industry, giving them a head start before the starting line.

In the future, the FISF Professional Development Center will continue to be guided by industry needs and integrate cutting-edge market standards and real-world logic into the framework of financial talent cultivation. By continuously enriching training scenarios and refining the educational system, it will enable more FISF students to achieve a deep integration of theory and practice and equip themselves with both solid financial expertise and outstanding professional competence, eventually growing into top-tier financial talents capable of leading industry development.
