邓永恒,复旦大学泛海国际金融学院金融学特聘教授、威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校威斯康星商学院John P. Morgridge杰出讲席教授。

邓教授的主要研究兴趣是评估亚洲和中国房地产和住房市场的状况。他在诸多国际著名期刊上发表了多篇研究论文,如Econometrica, Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Urban Economics, Review of Finance, China Economic Review, European Economic Review, Capitalism and Society, Regional Science and Urban Economics, Journal of Money Credit and Banking, Real Estate Economics, Journal of Housing Economics和 Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics。

邓教授曾担任美国房地产和城市经济学协会(AREUEA)的第50任主席,这是该协会50年历史上第一位当选主席的亚洲人。

邓教授于1995年获得加州大学伯克利分校的经济学博士学位。
