Donghui Shi, Professor of Finance (Practice-Track) at Fanhai International School of Finance, Fudan University.

Professor Shi was the Director of the Capital Market Research Institute of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and he has ever participated in the design and practice of the major reform initiatives and product innovation in the capital market. His main research interests are Market Microstructure, Corporate Governance, Behavioral Finance and Financial Market Development Policies.

Professor Shi received his Ph.D. in Management from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2004.
