On April 12, Datong and FISF held the unveiling ceremony of Management Talent Growth Center at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Fudan, Shanghai, with the opening ceremony of the Center‘s very first curriculum held at the same time. Professor Qian Jun, Executive Dean and Doctoral Mentor of FISF, Fudan University, Professor Xu Xian, Head of the Department of Risk Management and Insurance at Fudan University, and Ms. Wang Yan, Director of the EED Senior Management Education Department of FISF Fudan University, attended the unveiling ceremony.

The establishment of DaTong-FISF Management Talents Growth Center is the milestone marking the strengthened professional service in insurance intermediary field. The professional teachers' team in Fudan empowers the forefront talents in the field of finance with financial technology, so as to help customers find the optimal and most competitive solution to risk settlement. Professor Xu, head of the Department of Risk Management and Insurance at Fudan University, pointed out at the opening ceremony that The Fudan lecturer team had spent more than a month customizing an exclusive course for the Management Talent Growth Project, hoping that the training would enable the students of Datong to fully empower and further improve the talent growth system. Through the support of universities, and constantly empowered to grow, Datong is confident in eventually establishing a talent echelon, training more outstanding talents for the industry.
