Southeast Asia & Common Market Research

The Southeast Asia & Common Market Research Center (SEACM) is an innovative think tank at Fudan International School of Finance (FISF), focusing on Southeast Asia, emerging markets, and the evolving dynamics of regional and global market integration.

SEACM brings together regional research, industry practice, and international collaboration. As an industry-engaged think tank, its work spans policy and regulatory environments, industrial development, investment and market dynamics, as well as the social and cultural contexts in which businesses operate.

Through field research, industry interaction, policy dialogue, executive education, and international exchange, the Center works closely with businesses, government institutions, universities, industry organizations, and local partners. This approach combines regional knowledge with first-hand market insights, helping enterprises and institutions better understand local environments, identify opportunities and challenges, and make informed decisions in new markets.

Beyond research, SEACM serves as a platform for cross-border knowledge exchange and collaboration, bringing together knowledge, institutions, industries, and markets across China, Southeast Asia, and other emerging markets.

Through this combination of research, practice, and connectivity, SEACM aims to deepen understanding of regional and emerging markets, support better-informed business and institutional decision-making, and contribute to more effective international and cross-market collaboration.
