The Real Estate Finance Research Center at Fudan International School of Finance (FISF), is a practical research platform for the field of real estate finance. It is dedicated to promoting the development of FISF in this field and accelerating the pace of school’s proximity to international standards. The Center is chaired by Professor Huasheng Gao, Deputy Dean of FISF and co-chaired by Professor Yongheng Deng. Professor Deng is the academic visiting professor of FISF and chair professor of real estate finance at the Madison School of Business, University of Wisconsin. Up to now, the center has released the first issue of " China's Real Estate Enterprise Financial Stability Index" and achieved certain influence.
