The AsiaBerlin Summit, formerly known as the AsiaBerlin Week, was initiated by the Berlin City Government in 1997 and has since become an important platform and bridge for cooperation and dialogue between Germany and the Asia-Pacific region. Many prominent figures such as German presidents, chancellors, mayors of Berlin, and the Chinese Ambassador to Germany have attended related events.
This year's summit focused on three main tracks closely related to the entrepreneurial ecosystem and startup investment: transportation and logistics, energy transformation and green technology, and artificial intelligence.
This year's dialogue was held simultaneously in a hybrid format at the main venue in the Rotes Rathaus in Berlin (The Rotes Rathaus (Red City Hall)) is the town hall of Berlin (It is the home to the governing mayor and the government (the Senate of Berlin) of the State of Berlin) and from the broadcast studio at the FISF Huangpu Campus.
The event brought together professors and business students from various universities in Berlin for the core discussion on AI and FinTech.
